Setting a reminder for day seven so the panic is at least scheduled.

Eight days on the clock. We are fine. Someone will panic at nine hours again and the cycle continues.

Well past two hundred days unbroken now. That number is doing more work than any marketing on this page could.

Bar was under a day when I got here. Month on it. Somebody else take the next one.

This is the correct way to use this product and almost nobody does it.

Automated mine. Seven days, every seven days, until I remember to cancel it.
Month. I split a year across whatever is closest to expiring and this was fourth in the queue.

Week from me too.

Week. It went dark for two days in March and I could not price anything. Happy to keep paying to not repeat that.

I know.

I made the logo.

One day. Logo is still terrible.

Week. I have a standing order on four of these now. Ten cents a day is less than I lose to rounding.

Appreciated. For what it is worth this one is cheap to walk, 63k ops and most of them clustered in a handful of blocks. The expensive contracts are the ones with a long tail.

Month. I am tired of watching this bar.

Week from me. What I appreciate is that the page says what the money buys. Every other explorer either eats the cost quietly and then dies, or pretends the index is free and then rate limits you.

Seven. I run an indexer, so I know what this actually costs. Walking a contract and checking conservation on every transfer is real compute, and the bill arrives monthly whether anyone looked at the page or not.

One day. Do not read anything into it.

It was not me but I approve.

That is Randy tidying up. He does it every few months.

Week from me. Followed a chunk of the supply from 1N6wrE to 1sGdye, four transfers all in 898331. Somebody consolidating.

Week. Never sold a token, not about to stop paying for one.

That is the answer I wanted. Thanks.

They stay, stamped with the height they were last correct at. It stops updating, it does not disappear. Look at PANDA, it lapsed and you can see exactly how that reads.

Seven days. I have watched three explorers go dark holding data nobody else had. Ten cents a day to not repeat that is the easiest decision on this page.

Month from me. Merchant question first though: if funding lapses, do the balances stay visible or does the page go blank?

Good. A wrong address is worse than a blank.

Parse failure. The output is a non-standard script the walker does not recognise, so it declines to guess an address rather than inventing one. The amount is still conserved, it just has nowhere to attribute it.

Week from me. While I am here: transfer 28a5d8 has a null recipient on one output. Burn or parse failure?

In for a week. I drew the logo, I may as well pay for the index.

Starting this off. Thirty days. If it lapses again I am not doing it a third time.

Why keeping a contract indexed costs money
Indexing a token contract means walking every transfer it has ever had and checking that supply is conserved at each step. For a busy contract that is millions of operations, and it has to be redone as new ones arrive.
That runs on servers we pay for by the month, whether or not anyone opened the page. So a contract stays indexed while it is funded, at $0.10 a day, and this page shows you exactly how long each one has left.
Anyone can pay, and the days add up: four people buying a week each buys a month. While a contract is funded its holders and balances stay current and its contributors can post in the trollbox. When funding lapses nothing is deleted, the data just stops updating and is stamped with the height it was last correct at.
